Legal Agreement Between ayu69 and All Platform Users

By registering an Account, you confirm that you are physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform. ayu69 reserves the right to verify your location and may suspend or terminate Accounts found to be accessing Services from restricted jurisdictions.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with ayu69. Creating multiple Accounts, whether to circumvent restrictions, abuse bonuses, or for any other purpose, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to close duplicate Accounts, confiscate any funds or winnings associated with such Accounts, and take additional enforcement action as deemed appropriate.
ayu69 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and actions performed using your Account credentials.
If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of security, you must immediately notify ayu69 customer support. ayu69 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits process instantly 24/7.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits whenever possible. Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your verified legal name. Processing times for withdrawal requests are as follows:

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, ayu69 requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts found to be using the Platform solely for fund transfers without genuine gaming activity may be suspended pending investigation. We cooperate fully with relevant authorities regarding any suspicious financial activity.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by ayu69 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses require wagering requirements to be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may face Account termination.
All Users must engage in fair play and comply with the rules of each game. The use of artificial intelligence, bots, automated betting systems, collusion with other players, or any other form of cheating or unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. ayu69 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to void bets, confiscate winnings, and terminate Accounts found to be engaging in prohibited activities.
All bets placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance by ayu69. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where: technical errors have occurred, incorrect odds were displayed due to system malfunction, the bet exceeds the maximum stake limit, or the bet appears suspicious or fraudulent in nature. In the event a bet is rejected after funds have been deducted from your Account, the stake will be refunded immediately.
Bet settlements are final once confirmed by ayu69. In rare cases where obvious errors occur (such as incorrect result posting or technical glitches affecting game outcomes), we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust Account balances accordingly. Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised within 7 days of the event conclusion, after which all results are considered final and binding.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software code, game implementations, and compilation of data, are the exclusive property of ayu69 or our licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our express written permission.
ayu69 strives to provide uninterrupted access to our Services; however, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Technical issues, scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, and external factors beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. We accept no liability for losses arising from service unavailability, provided such unavailability was not caused by our willful misconduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ayu69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

If Funds remain in a closed Account, please contact support to arrange withdrawal. Closure of your Account does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.
